Volunteering at the Guild
Guild Theater programming would not be possible without the help of volunteers. In the first year after the newly renovated Guild was open to the public, we had more than 3,000 volunteer hours served. The Guild welcomes all those who are interested in working in theater, business, or just lending a helping hand. Volunteers attend a brief training session before they work at their first theater event. Volunteer jobs include ushering, working at the box office and concession stand, and serving as a member of our promotions team. Attention Sac High Students
Calling all Sac High students! We are looking for students interested in serving semester or year-long internships at the Guild Theater. Interns will have an opportunity to assist with all aspects of the Guild Theater including media/marketing, event coordination, finance, theater operations, and concession stand management. This position provides qualified candidates an opportunity to gain valuable experience in professional theater, business and print media through this challenging and rewarding internship program. Students not in a Guild Theater internship can complete community service requirements by serving at Guild Theater events.
